Semen Specimen Collection

In order for the test results to be valid, the proper collection procedure must be followed. Please read and follow the instructions indicated below.
Semen Analysis -
1)- Post Vasectomy Check
2)- For infertility

Patient Instructions:
testing, abstain from sexual activity for 3 days. The entire specimen is to be collected by masturbation into a sterile plastic or glass container. A clean plastic or glass container from home may also be used. A specimen in a condom is not acceptable. The specimen must be submitted to the laboratory within 15 to 20 minutes from the time of collection, being kept as close to body temperature as possible. If it is not possible to collect and deliver the specimen within that time frame, the specimen must be collected on the hospital premises.

Specimen Delivery

The laboratory accepts semen specimens on all working days between the hours of 11:00AM and 5:00PM. The report will given on next day
